Description
Ganon rules as emperor of the Ganon Empire and serves as the primary antagonist in the series' second season. His objective is universal domination, pursued through control of a powerful transportation device created by Professor Note. Ganon orchestrated the professor's kidnapping to seize this technology, strategically exploiting its capabilities for conquest.

His power stems from the Ganonium crystal ball, enabling abilities like creating illusions and extending his limbs. Ganon also possesses telepathic communication skills and controls subordinates by implanting enchanted brooches, facilitating manipulation and goal advancement.

Ganon's influence extends to psychological manipulation; he temporarily turned Kaoru Yamamoto to his cause by exploiting vulnerabilities, leveraging Yamamoto's expertise and resources. Yamamoto eventually broke free from Ganon's control, rejoining the protagonists to oppose the empire.

The confrontation culminates in the protagonists' efforts to rescue Professor Note and prevent the device's misuse. Ganon's defeat marks the conclusion of his campaign for domination.
