Description
Tamami serves as one of the twelve guardian angels protecting Gorō Mutsumi, a role preceded by her existence as his cherished pet cat. Her origin traces to a rainy day discovery by young Gorō, who was unable to keep the stray kitten due to parental rules. A passing girl consoled him, and they jointly cared for the kitten in secret, naming it "Tamami" after the girl herself.
Under their shared care, the cat Tamami thrived until her sudden disappearance. Gorō later discovered her deceased, the victim of a car accident. This trauma persists in her angelic form as a lasting fear of automobiles.
Reincarnated as the ninth guardian angel, Tamami presents a complex nature: sociable and craving attention, especially from her master, yet capable of selfishness and aggression when threatened. She fiercely resists control or commands, prioritizing her autonomy. Academically inclined with a particular interest in mathematics, she simultaneously avoids chores like cleaning. Her appearance features an image color of white; later events see her switch from glasses to contact lenses.
Among the twelve angels, she holds the position of a bride to the Four Saint Beasts, specifically paired with Gai. Her interactions weave affection with assertiveness, often seeking pampering while defensively guarding her relationships and independence.
