Silvarion emerges when the three Silver Knights - Jet Silver, Star Silver, and Drill Silver - perform the Silver Combination (Shirubaa Gattai). Jet Silver forms the core abdomen, Star Silver combines atop to create the arms and head, and Drill Silver constructs the waist and legs. Initially unable to recall this ability despite witnessing other Braves combine, the Knights regained their memory only after Walter Walzac's instructions arrived via paper plane, enabling Silvarion's urgent formation. During his debut, Silvarion sliced through a battleship remotely commanded by Colonel Sangross.

His arsenal features the Tri Lancer, a spear forged from the Jet Spear, Star Sword, and Drill Axe, and the sturdy Tri Shield. In combat, Silvarion employs the Tri Shield's Twin Beam for ranged attacks and possesses the Spiral Knee Kick, utilizing leg drills. His decisive Tri Finish maneuver channels energy into the Tri Lancer for a piercing dash, used once during his debut.

Silvarion further combines with the fourth Knight, Fire Silver, achieving the Super Silver Combination to become God Silvarion. Fire Silver's lower body extends Silvarion's feet while his upper body transforms into a back-mounted flight pack; Fire Silver's wings reconfigure into new waist armor and a chestplate. God Silvarion wields enhanced versions of the original Tri Lancer and Tri Shield. The Burning Tri Lancer ignites, functioning as a rotating barrier. His ultimate God Finish attack engulfs both his body and the Burning Tri Lancer in flames during a charged strike. The Silver Knights accomplished this combination effortlessly on their first attempt.
