Description
BP-301 McCrane, also known as MacLane, operates as a crane truck within the Brave Police Build Team. His consistently calm demeanor provides a stabilizing influence, easing team tensions. A dedicated pacifist, McCrane prioritizes non-violent conflict resolution. However, he possesses specialized firearms expertise and demonstrates exceptional accuracy when combat proves unavoidable. His arsenal includes a standard revolver, a handheld shotgun, and a beam cannon integrated into his crane. The shotgun accepts specialized attachments like the Ventilator – a drill projectile designed to breach walls and create escape tunnels.
As an original Build Team member, McCrane's first mission aided a raid on an illegal lab. During a later military operation against a giant dinosaur-like creature, he witnessed it swallow a human. When Yuuta Tomonaga entered the creature for rescue and lost contact, McCrane and Deckerd successfully persuaded military command to grant extra time for extraction. Following the hostages' rescue, McCrane participated in the creature's defeat.
He forges close bonds, particularly with Colonel Seia Onoue, joining her on tactical operations like volcanic investigations.
