Drill Boy is the youngest member of the police force's Build Team. His youth often leads to naive actions and unfiltered speech, traits which particularly irritate Power Joe. Despite this immaturity, he sometimes displays unexpected intelligence. He possesses a strong enthusiasm for soccer.

He transforms into either Drill Tank mode or Jet mode. His standard equipment includes a police revolver and a mechanical police notebook. Specialized armaments feature multiple Bravenium soccer balls stored in his chest compartment; these serve as explosive Soccer Bombs that sprout spikes on impact. His legs contain built-in machine guns.

Drill Boy was the final Build Team member constructed. Underground Empire interference caused significant delays to his completion. He activated during an assault on his secret factory, allowing immediate participation in defense and rescue efforts.

Beyond the main series, Drill Boy appears in *Brave Saga 2*. During these events, he and Dumpson were captured by an entity named Doza. This capture caused Drill Boy's mind to regress to a childlike state. Despite this mental alteration, he instinctively used his drilling ability to create an escape tunnel, enabling Ayako and Dumpson to evacuate safely.

Drill Boy combines with fellow Build Team members McCrane (BP-301), Power Joe (BP-302), and Dumpson (BP-303) to form Build Tiger. His integration further enables the formation of Super Build Tiger.
