Under the alias Bobby, he assimilates into human society, living alongside rancher Pops Worthy and his daughter Diana. His abilities derive from a pendant requiring intermittent recharges through energy beams dispatched from Radion. The pendant’s status is marked by a fading "P" symbol that shifts from black to white as its energy dwindles—a process overseen by an unreliable Radion operator whose delays frequently jeopardize missions.

To activate his enhanced form, he clutches the pendant and shouts phrases such as “Peeeeeee Pazow!”, channeling superhuman strength, flight, environmental adaptability, and matter manipulation fueled by intellect and pendant energy.
