Description
Hailing from the planet Radion, this member of the Universal Peace Corps evaluates Earth’s eligibility for the Galactic Union of Worlds while defending its inhabitants from external threats. Under the alias Bobby, he assimilates into human society, living alongside rancher Pops Worthy and his daughter Diana. His abilities derive from a pendant requiring intermittent recharges through energy beams dispatched from Radion. The pendant’s status is marked by a fading "P" symbol that shifts from black to white as its energy dwindles—a process overseen by an unreliable Radion operator whose delays frequently jeopardize missions.

To activate his enhanced form, he clutches the pendant and shouts phrases such as “Peeeeeee Pazow!”, channeling superhuman strength, flight, environmental adaptability, and matter manipulation fueled by intellect and pendant energy. With an IQ of 200, he devises tactical solutions to conserve power, balancing raw capability with strategic ingenuity. Allies include Dan Dynamo, a wrestler seeking redemption after professional turmoil, and a reformed magician from the fictional realm of Abbadon, once an adversary turned collaborator.

Opposing forces feature Warlock, a chaotic “Master of Martian Magic,” and Krag, a warlord from Kragmire who emerges as the central antagonist in later arcs. Their confrontations intensify until climactic battles secure their defeat. Upon ensuring Earth’s safety and proving its galactic readiness, the protagonist returns to Radion, mission accomplished. Each conflict and moral challenge is met with decisions prioritizing justice and restraint, underscoring his adherence to ethics even when wielding a pendant capable of devastation.
