This alien tyrant rules Earth in the year 2555, spreading turmoil worldwide. Handler obsessively pursues the Ezekiel Wheel, a potent energy source capable of moving through time; its possession would grant unstoppable power. This pursuit ignites direct conflict with Go Hibiki (Speed Racer) and his allies. They utilize the Mach 5's unique "Mirage Shot" phenomenon to travel through time and space, racing to locate the Ezekiel Wheel first and prevent Handler from securing it.
