Serving under Godheid, he engages in military operations against Earth forces, including attacks that inadvertently trigger the Laserion robot's materialization.

Following Rebel Army setbacks, Inspire defects to the Jack Empire through a "Deal with the Devil," becoming a secondary antagonist under leaders like Prominence and Gario. His betrayal aids the Empire's acquisition of Rebel resources and personnel, including the brainwashed Steve Lawrence.

Within the Jack Empire, Inspire functions as a military officer and enforcer. He participates in campaigns against Earth, capturing and imprisoning key figures on the moon base, and coordinates assaults alongside antagonists like Eric Sid.

Inspire's narrative arc concludes without resolution after Earth forces defeat the Jack Empire on the moon and rescue hostages. His ultimate fate remains undepicted. His characterization is confined to the original 1984-1985 television series.
