Description
Kentaro Go, originally named La Gohl (also spelled La Gour or Ragooru), was born hornless into the Boazanian royal family, a condition mandating slavery under the planet's caste system. He concealed his lack of horns using prosthetics from childhood. Witnessing the brutal oppression of hornless Boazanians forged his dedication to equality. Excelling in science, he rose to become Minister of Science. He married noblewoman Lozaria, confiding his secret; she accepted him, and they conceived a son, Heinel. During a succession crisis after the emperor's death, his cousin Zu Zambajil exposed his lack of horns. Stripped of his title and enslaved, La Gohl remained unaware of Lozaria's death in childbirth following her exile.

Learning of Lozaria's death, La Gohl sparked slave rebellions, crafting weapons with his scientific skills. After these failed, fellow slaves urged his escape. He fled Boazania in a spacecraft, crash-landing on Earth where Japanese scientist Mitsuyo Gō found him. Adopting the name "Kentaro Go," he assimilated into human society, marrying Mitsuyo and fathering three sons: Kenichi, Daijiro, and Hiyoshi. Foreseeing a Boazanian invasion, he collaborated with Mitsuyo, Professor Hamaguchi, and General Oka to develop the super robot Voltes V for Earth's defense. Years later, he returned alone to Boazania to negotiate peace with Zambajil, promising Mitsuyo a return within two months. Zambajil imprisoned him upon arrival for refusing to weaponize his knowledge.

During imprisonment, rebel leader Dange, a horned noble who severed his own horns to join the hornless cause, rescued him. Their attempt to reach Earth failed when Boazanian commander Zuhl captured Kentaro and brainwashed him into serving as a mind-controlled assassin targeting Prince Heinel. The plot failed, and Kentaro was reimprisoned. After Earth's Voltes Team invaded Boazania, they freed him; he allied with the rebels to overthrow Zambajil. In the revolution, Kentaro recognized Heinel as his son through a dagger he had gifted Lozaria; Heinel, realizing their kinship, sacrificed himself to stop Zambajil. With Zambajil dead, Kentaro ascended as emperor, dismantling the caste system to establish equality between horned and hornless Boazanians. Choosing to remain on Boazania to govern the reformed society, he parted from his Earth-born sons with the assurance that advanced space travel would allow future reunions. His leadership focused on sustaining the liberated society he had long envisioned, fulfilling his lifelong commitment to justice and reconciliation.
