Description
Retsu Seiba, also known as Let's, is the older brother of Go Seiba by one year. He possesses distinctive red hair and red eyes, typically wearing a green hat as his signature accessory, removing it only during sleep or school. His primary color theme is red, reflected in his hair, eyes, gloves, and shirt. In the original series, his attire consists of a white vest, red t-shirt, green shorts, and green-yellow shoes. During the World Grand Prix (WGP) arc, he adopts the TRF Victorys team uniform, featuring a full long-sleeved jacket and pants. Later series updates refine his look while retaining the iconic green hat.
Characterized as patient, analytical, and levelheaded, Retsu provides a steady contrast to his brother's impulsive nature. He emphasizes control and stability in his Mini 4WD racing style, excelling in cornering techniques. Like Go, he firmly upholds the principle of fair competition, rejecting underhanded tactics or weaponized cars.
