Ran Pao Pao enforces for Chōkai, a key Benares-aligned antagonist. She manifests primarily as an imposing 8-foot-tall, muscular woman with pale skin, flared red hair, elongated teeth, and solid red eyes, possessing formidable physical strength and combat prowess. During confrontations, she demonstrates the ability to grow an additional limb beneath each arm, wielding four arms in total.

Ran Pao Pao also wields shape-shifting abilities, adopting a deceptive childlike form resembling a super-deformed version of her true self. This diminutive guise sharply contrasts with her powerful demonic state.

Following Chōkai's death, Ran Pao Pao pledges loyalty and becomes a servant to Pai.
