Description
Lady Kahn stands as the primary antagonist in the 1984 *Locke the Superman* film adaptation of the "Millennium of the Witch" manga storyline. A wealthy and influential figure, she founds the Kahn Foundation and Kahn University. These institutions publicly operate as benevolent organizations training young individuals with extrasensory perception (ESPers), while privately functioning as fronts to assemble and condition an army of ESPers loyal to her cause.

Her ultimate objective is establishing a galactic empire called the "Millennium Kingdom," where ESPers dominate non-psychic humans. This ambition stems from her belief in psychic superiority and a desire to overthrow existing human power structures across the galaxy. To achieve this, she recruits and trains powerful ESPers, including her key lieutenant Cornelia Prim, who assists in overseeing the training programs.

Central to her strategy is the manipulation of Jessica Orin, a young and exceptionally gifted esper under her control. Lady Kahn implants false traumatic memories in Jessica, making her believe the protagonist Locke murdered her parents and caused her physical scarring. This psychological conditioning transforms Jessica into an "Esper Killer"—a weapon designed to neutralize other ESPers, particularly Locke, whom Kahn views as the primary obstacle to her plans. Jessica’s unique ability to negate other esper powers makes her indispensable to Kahn’s strategy.

Lady Kahn previously attempted to recruit Locke due to his immense psychic abilities, but his rejection and choice to live in seclusion solidified her view of him as an enemy to eliminate. She employs subterfuge and indirect confrontation, deploying her recruited army and manipulated assets like Jessica against opponents rather than engaging directly.
