Rose Lords enforces the will of antagonist Harlem Bomber, also called Harem Bomber, in Kanto's post-apocalyptic wasteland. Her duties center on capturing young women and conditioning them for forced sexual slavery, cementing the oppressive hierarchy of Bomber's gang.

A personal tie to one captive—her ex-girlfriend—ignites a moral crisis, driving Rose to defy Bomber and attempt freeing the women. Her insurrection is exposed, resulting in capture. As retribution, Bomber forces her into a loyalty trial: confront the giant Violence Jack with freedom promised for success.

During the clash, Violence Jack kills Rose while sparing her ex-girlfriend. This occurs within a broader battle where Jack dismantles Bomber's forces. Rose's death in this conflict concludes her character arc, resolving her narrative role.
