He directs the team piloting the space warrior Baldios, composed of protagonist Marin Reigan alongside members Jamie Hoshino, combat pilots Jack Oliver and Raita Hokuto, and researcher Ella Quinstein. Tsukikage shoulders immense responsibility within Blue Fixer, commanding Earth's defense operations throughout the conflict and positioning him directly against Gattler's forces. During the conflict's climax, Zeo Gattler unleashes a devastating tsunami by melting Earth's polar ice caps with artificial suns, causing catastrophic flooding and claiming millions of lives. Confronted by this overwhelming disaster, Blue Fixer undertakes a critical mission to extract the radioactive core from the World Union submarine base, a grave contamination threat to the ravaged Earth. They transport the core directly into the heart of the Aldebaren fleet. This decisive action successfully eradicates Gattler and his troops. Commander Tsukikage also perishes during this final operation alongside the enemy forces.
