Description
Biko Daitokuji, universally known as B-ko, is a wealthy and intellectually gifted student at Graviton High School in the main Project A-ko continuity. As heiress to the Daitokuji Financial Group, a major defense technology supplier, she commands vast resources. Her life is dominated by a bitter rivalry with Eiko Magami (A-ko), stemming from kindergarten where B-ko bullied Shiiko Kotobuki (C-ko) only to have A-ko intervene. This dynamic reignites when all three attend Graviton High years later, fueling B-ko's obsessive drive to separate C-ko from A-ko.

B-ko possesses extraordinary engineering talent, constructing sophisticated mecha overnight like the Max 5000, Abachiyama 5, Queen Margarita, and Robo A-ko 839. Her creations are typically piloted by her four subordinates: Mari (the enforcer), Asa (the spy), Iné, and Umé. For personal combat, she relies on the Akagiyama-23 battlesuit – a lightweight, powerful armor worn under her uniform granting superhuman strength, flight, wrist-mounted missiles, and an energy whip to challenge A-ko directly. Despite her technological edge, A-ko routinely destroys her mecha, triggering B-ko's volatile temper and escalating vendettas.

Her personality merges academic excellence with profound immaturity and entitlement. She displays arrogance socially yet deference to authority figures like teachers, coupled with violent outbursts when thwarted. Her fixation on C-ko borders on pathological, manifesting as elaborate schemes to eliminate A-ko. This obsession, intertwined with deep insecurity about her public image, drives increasingly destructive actions, including city-level battles requiring military intervention.

In the alternate Project A-ko: Uncivil Wars universe, B-ko is aged to 19-21 and works alongside A-ko as a bounty hunter on a desert planet. Their relationship shifts from bitter rivals to grudging partners, though competitive banter endures. This iteration lacks her canonical fixation on C-ko; instead, she develops a romantic interest in Gail, a male space pirate antagonist. Her technological prowess remains undiminished, repairing alien spacecraft overnight and collaborating with A-ko to rescue C-ko from Gail's scheme involving an undead sorceress. She retains her signature battlesuit and combat skill but abandons school dynamics and lesbian-coded motivations.

Across both continuities, B-ko's core traits persist: genius intellect, exceptional resourcefulness in robotics, and a volatile ego. Her design features lavender hair, violet eyes, and a tall, slender frame, often contrasted by the revealing aesthetics of her battlesuit. She occasionally quotes classical literature, hinting at cultural refinement beneath her abrasive demeanor. Her projects are funded by the industrial empire of her father, Hikaru Daitokuji.
