Description
Perion, the older brother of King Siplay in the royal family of Revillia, spent seven years feigning a mental disability to evade assassination by Queen Miran. This deception allowed him to secretly observe the intrigues of the court. After the death of King Mendez, Perion orchestrated a coup, poisoning his younger brother Siplay and eliminating rivals like Kerachi Torunado, who had confessed to fathering Siplay and playing a role in Mendez’s death. Through these actions, Perion seized the throne.
He maintained a private refuge on a small, mysteriously warm island where snow never fell. There, he discovered Liboh, a massive ancient weapon and one of the Decimator-class Armors from a war two centuries earlier. Initially, Perion expressed reluctance to use the weapon due to the widespread damage it would cause across the countryside.
As the war with the rival nation Zafran intensified, Perion activated Liboh. Merging with the Armor transformed his body into a cyborg state and altered his mind. The Armor was known to drive its pilots insane, resulting in indiscriminate attacks on both allies and enemies.
His reign became defined by extreme militarism. Perion deployed Liboh to destroy the Zafran capital, killing its king. Under the Armor’s growing influence, he continued his assault, devastating other cities and towns—even those already ruined by prior conflict.
His final act was to launch all of Liboh’s nuclear missiles, threatening the entire world. Perion was killed when Lean and Nataruma, guided by the traitorous Manning, infiltrated Liboh’s bridge and shot him.
