Description
Emerging as an android crafted by the Cthulhu (also romanized as Cthuwulf or Cutowolf), Iczer One served as their guardian and future leader. Her creation coincided with Big Gold, the entity embodying "Desire," while Iczer One represented "Conscience." Both manifested from the despair of the Cthulhu Matriarch (later known as Sir Violet) through an ancient alien wish-granting machine. When Big Gold corrupted the Cthulhu and mutated their symbiotic Vedim into parasitic weapons, Iczer One rejected this path and escaped their control.

She wields extensive physical and energy-based capabilities: superhuman strength, teleportation, levitation, dimensional shifting, energy projection (including knuckle beams and a spontaneously generated energy sword), and time travel. Her durability and combat prowess scale to planetary or higher levels, resisting shockwaves capable of destroying moons and clashes generating multi-solar system-level destruction. A profound psychic and physical link binds her to the mecha Iczer Robo, her "other self"; damage to the mecha directly injures her corresponding body parts. She requires synchronization with a human partner to unlock Iczer Robo's full combat potential.

Her personality merges formidable warrior discipline with deep compassion and loneliness. Initially focused on halting the Cthulhu invasion of Earth, she develops an unreciprocated emotional attachment to her chosen synchronization partner, Nagisa Kano. This bond drives her actions despite Nagisa's initial resistance. Iczer One's compassion extends to protecting Earth's inhabitants, contrasting her creators' ruthlessness. Her internal conflict stems from fighting her own people and confronting her "sister," Iczer-2—a burgundy-haired android engineered by Big Gold as her direct counter.

Key relationships define her journey. Her synchronization with Nagisa evolves from tactical necessity to profound emotional interdependence. Nagisa's eventual sacrifice—merging her spirit with Iczer One after being mentally corrupted by Iczer-2—enables their full synchronization and fuels Iczer One's final victory. Her lethal combat with Iczer-2 culminates in Iczer-2 revealing envy of Iczer One's bond with Nagisa. Iczer One's conflict with Big Gold is existential, as both entities embody opposing aspects of the Cthulhu Matriarch's psyche.

Following the OVA events, she defeats Big Gold and uses the wish-granting machine to restore Earth, erasing all traces of the invasion and her connection to Nagisa. She then departs Earth aboard the Cthulhu ship. Later media reveals she assumes leadership of the reformed Cthulhu after Big Gold's defeat. In sequels like "Adventure! Iczer-3," she passes control of Iczer Robo to Iczer-3, indicating ongoing stewardship.

Her design evolved across media. The original manga depicted her as a green-haired catgirl alien, while the OVA reimagined her as a blonde, pointy-eared humanoid in armored attire. Later iterations blended elements of both designs.
