Description
Cdt. Tchallichammi, known as Tchalli, serves as a fellow Royal Space Force cadet alongside Shirotsugh Lhadatt. He operates within the underfunded and demoralized space program, participating in the collective struggle to launch the first manned spacecraft while enduring public ridicule and government manipulation. Tchalli is part of the team of astronauts-in-training confronting persistent technological challenges, accidents, and institutional neglect.

His involvement encompasses rigorous physical training and technical mission preparations. Tchalli witnesses the critical event of a fellow cadet's death during an early test, highlighting the program's inherent dangers. He later assists in assembling the rocket and conducts hazardous engine tests, demonstrating commitment despite the risks.

Amidst political turmoil surrounding the space program, Tchalli remains loyal to the project. He is present for the rocket's final assembly and launch preparations within the demilitarized zone. When tensions escalate into a military invasion by the neighboring Republic, Tchalli participates in the urgent ground crew efforts to proceed with the launch against the imminent threat.
