Liselotte is a Captain within the Inquisition's elite Miracle Makers, also called the Thaumaturges. She possesses black hair styled with straight bangs and typically tied back in a long ponytail, featuring a pair of spots on her cheeks. She is frequently depicted scowling while smoking a pipe. Her standard Inquisitor uniform includes a black skintight jumpsuit, a long cape, large spiked pauldrons, spiked cuffs attached to fingerless gloves, and the signature Inquisition frill forming a collar around the back of her head.

Her attitude is straightforward and often blunt; she voices her opinions openly and without hesitation. Among the Thaumaturges, she is considered one of the less eccentric members. Liselotte harbors deep suspicion and hostility toward Sorcerers, consistently viewing them as enemies. She maintains significant respect for Dart Dragunov, having served as his subordinate before her promotion, and played a role in recommending him for promotion to Thaumaturge.

Liselotte wields two swords and activates her Miracle ability with the invocation: "Patrem Inquisitor, Founder Of The Miracle, May Your Divine Retribution Smite the Unworthy." This power enables her to remotely manipulate her blades through the air, striking with blinding speed and precision at a distance. Sigils manifest around her wrists during activation. While the swords' broad motions correspond to her wrist movements, the complexity of their attacks indicates control beyond simple gestures. The ability is heavily offense-oriented, characterized by its speed, power, and difficulty to disrupt or evade. The blades' rapid, precise movements make them challenging to defend against, and their airspeed and range are sufficient to track down most fleeing enemies.
