Le Silviana, also known as Sylviana, is a bounty hunter operating across space frontiers, notorious for instigating disturbances and commotions wherever she appears, heightening alertness among those nearby. Her reputation highlights proficient marksmanship, especially quick-draw capabilities, and a tendency toward heavy drinking. Though primarily pursuing Captain Harlock, undisclosed motivations beyond bounty acquisition drive her hunt.

During the Gaiden storyline, she engages in a decisive confrontation triggered by the kidnapping of Commander Zero. Pirates orchestrate this abduction to leverage Zero against Harlock, who is bound by a vow to protect his friend Tochiro's laboratory on a mushroom planet. Sylviana pursues her own agenda alongside Zero, Harlock, and the mercenary pirate Hunter, converging with them during the climactic battle.
