Description
Born blind, N'Doul survived as a beggar, secretly committing crimes using his innate Stand ability to evade detection. His Stand, Geb, manifested as a formless mass of water capable of traveling vast distances and shaping into sharp constructs that sliced flesh, frequently forming a clawed hand. This power erased his fear of consequences or death, yet he felt undervalued until encountering DIO. DIO's charisma and recognition of his worth ignited fierce loyalty. N'Doul saw DIO as a savior for the wicked, pledging himself as an assassin within the Egypt 9 Glory Gods to safeguard DIO's interests in Cairo.
As the first Egypt 9 Glory God faced by the Joestar group in Egypt, N'Doul launched an assault in the Sahara Desert. Using Geb concealed within a canteen, he decimated a Speedwagon Foundation helicopter carrying Iggy by killing its pilots and decapitated a Speedwagon agent. His enhanced hearing detected minute vibrations through the sand via his cane across kilometers, identifying individuals by footsteps and locating objects as small as flies by sound. In the ensuing confrontation, he lacerated Noriaki Kakyoin's eyes, incapacitating him, and wounded Jean Pierre Polnareff. He evaded Muhammad Avdol's trap by discerning faked footsteps and spared Iggy, judging the dog harmless.
The battle concluded when Jotaro Kujo forcibly employed Iggy's Stand, The Fool, to glide across the desert. N'Doul tracked their path by sensing disturbed sand particles but was caught unprepared when Jotaro hurled Iggy at him. Jotaro physically subdued him. To thwart interrogation via Joseph Joestar's Hermit Purple and shield DIO's secrets, N'Doul commanded Geb to crush his own skull, dying moments later. His final words professed unwavering loyalty to DIO and disclosed nine Stand users guarded Cairo. Jotaro buried his body in the desert as a mark of respect.
Beyond the original story, N'Doul appeared as a mini-boss in *Heritage for the Future*, requiring players to locate him in a desert stage for an instant knockout. In *Eyes of Heaven*, he was playable. Gameplay reflected his blindness: players switched control between N'Doul and Geb. Controlling N'Doul prevented locking onto opponents or rapid movement. When controlling Geb, his screen displayed a sonar-like blue hue with pink outlines indicating moving enemies, leaving his physical body exposed. This design incorporated his reliance on sound-based perception.
