Description
Violeta, second daughter of the puppeteer Pepe, emigrates from Genoa to Argentina alongside her father and sisters Concetta and Giulietta. Approximately Marco Rossi's age, she initially appears deeply sad, depressed, and apathetic, exhibiting low spirits and minimal emotional expression. Marco becomes pivotal to her transformation, teaching her self-confidence and nurturing her hidden talents. Under his guidance, Violeta blossoms into a more expressive and assured individual, discovering a passion and notable skill for puppetry and acting. She particularly excels at performing with cymbals during her family's puppet shows and holds responsibility for caring for her younger sister Giulietta.

Violeta’s relationship with her father Pepe begins conflictually, marked by mutual misunderstanding and a lack of appreciation. Pepe fails to recognize her potential until Marco helps her showcase her abilities as a puppeteer and actress, leading to improved understanding and deeper paternal valuation of her contributions.

When Marco arrives in Buenos Aires seeking his mother, Violeta and her family provide crucial assistance, accompanying him to Bahía Blanca to aid his quest and later helping him return to Buenos Aires after a setback. Violeta forges a profound bond with Marco that transcends ordinary friendship, defined by mutual support and intense emotional connection.

After Marco reunites with his mother and prepares to return to Italy, Violeta struggles to accept their separation. She endeavors to persuade Pepe to relocate the family back to Genoa, hoping for a future reunion with Marco. Their farewell in Argentina is poignant, with Violeta promising to persist in advocating for their return to Genoa, hinting at potential reconnection.
