Phantom, identified as Naaza in Japanese media, commands as the Dark Warlord of Venom within Emperor Talpa's Dynasty. He wears the Armor of Venom, embodying Autumn and the virtue of Tei (Obedience). A curse within this armor twists his true form into a giant naga, reflecting his snake motif. His appearance is marked by pale skin, purple eyelids, and beady black eyes.

Once human, Naaza succumbed to Talpa's corruption, joining the Netherworld army driven by inherent weakness and lust for power. He wields a kusarigama, a sickle-and-chain weapon enabling his poison-based combat techniques. As a secondary antagonist against the Ronin Warriors, he fixates on Cyrus Mouri (Shin Mouri), the Warrior of Water, forging a recurring rivalry fueled by their elemental opposition.

His fighting style capitalizes on toxins and venomous attacks, leveraging his armor's poisonous nature. His narrative concludes in Season 1; following defeat in battle, Emperor Talpa withdraws his sustaining energy, causing Naaza's dissolution. He makes no appearances in later OVAs, films, or spin-offs.
