Description
Krana, known as Naaza, ranks among the four Dark Warlords serving Emperor Talpa (Arago). His origins trace to Yamanouchi Naotoki, born into a low-ranking samurai family in feudal Satsuma. Ambitious to elevate his clan's standing, Naotoki became a mercenary for the waning Kōno navy. He fought in a pivotal sea battle against the Mouri Navy across the Seto Inland Sea, where defeat left him drowning in remorse and facing death. This despair drew Talpa’s corruption, twisting him into Naaza—a brainwashed servant bound by absolute obedience and hostility toward all others.

Naaza wears the Armor of Venom, alternately called the Armor of the Snake or Yakushi, evoking the Medicine Master Buddha. It embodies the virtue of "Tei" (Obedience) and autumn’s season, requiring a wearer inherently driven to fulfill others' desires—a testament to Naaza’s pre-corruption compassion and service-oriented spirit. Though the armor once held power to brew curative medicines, Talpa warped this potential into destruction. Naaza’s naval past sharpens his underwater combat prowess.

In conflict, he primarily targets Cye Mouri (Shin), the Ronin Warrior of Water, deploying venomous strategies. His weapon, the Jaga Ken (Snake Fang Sword), splits into six segments that interlock as a serpentine chain for lethal long-range assaults. Through his signature Rokusetsu Orochi (Six-Segmented Serpent) technique, he ambushes and dismantles foes. The armor’s design channels the Nāga of Indian lore, adorned with serpent motifs and a fanged mask.

Naaza’s tale concludes in Season 1, ending with his death from an enemy strike.
