Description
Clay Anderson leads the adventuring group as a descendant of Ronza Kingdom’s noble Knight Troop family, inheriting the legacy of his grandfather—the legendary "Blue Knight." This lineage instills him with honor, responsibility, and unwavering moral principles. He treasures his meticulously maintained ancestral long sword, valuing it as highly as his own life. Though driven by a strong sense of justice, he approaches combat with restraint, blending steadfastness with tactical caution.

His longstanding friendship with fellow member Trapp, forged in their shared hometown, strengthens the group’s cohesion. As leader, Clay coordinates their quests—including treasure hunts, mystery investigations, and cooperative missions—emphasizing courage and unity among the diverse members. In pivotal endeavors, he investigates the link between two white dragon jewels: one unearthed by Trapp’s father at Mt. Terrason, the other belonging to the baby dragon Shiro, seeking clues to Shiro’s origins.

The light novel volumes "Clay no Sainan I" and "Clay no Sainan II" expand his narrative beyond the anime, detailing his personal challenges and growth. Clay consistently prioritizes protecting the party from monsters and threats during travels. He relies on Pastel’s intelligence and cartography for guidance while providing stability through his swordsmanship and adherence to knightly ideals.
