Description
Petra, alias T.P. Lady (Time Pilfer Lady), originated as a princess from an affluent 25th-century background. Her childhood featured a controlling mother who enforced strict royal expectations, including an arranged marriage. During this time, she secretly befriended and cherished a Time Shifter named Raldo. This friendship ended when her mother ordered Raldo discarded, leading to his near-death experience. The trauma of losing Raldo and resisting her predetermined future caused her to flee the palace, abandoning her royal status.

After abandoning her home, Petra adopted a life of crime, becoming a notorious time-space criminal. She rescued an eel and a frog from laboratory experiments, transforming them into her loyal humanoid henchmen, Dino and Mite; their devotion stemmed from gratitude for their liberation. Petra later attracted the attention of the Land of Dread's powerful Dark Lord. Driven by fervent romantic infatuation with him, she agreed to capture Time Shifters across history to further his goal of invading the Land of Time.

To operate covertly, Petra assumed the alias Hitomi Aino (localized as "Miss Iknow"), working as a teacher at the protagonists' high school. Her disguise featured brown eyes—contrasting her natural red eyes—shorter black hair, and glasses, though this superficial transformation often failed to conceal her identity effectively. In her villainous persona, she donned dominatrix-inspired attire, wielded a whip, and commanded the Catamaran, a cat-themed ship transforming into a giant robot. Her personality combined vanity, cruelty, and a short temper, frequently manifesting as jealousy toward rivals like Sarah Goodman and violent outbursts toward her henchmen. Despite her villainy, she demonstrated occasional standards, such as disdain for the Dark Lord’s true youthful appearance and genuine care for Dino and Mite’s origins.

Petra’s primary missions involved using the "Petra Stamp" to corrupt Time Shifters into aggressive "Con" forms and battling Flint Hammerhead's Time Detective team. Her strategies frequently failed due to overconfidence or vanity, resulting in comedic defeats. A mission to capture Raldo forced her to confront her childhood self, revealing repressed memories of kindness and underscoring her resentment toward her mother’s tyranny, though it did not immediately alter her villainous path.

In the series finale, the Dark Lord imprisoned Petra for repeated failures after she delivered only one Time Shifter. Temporarily allying with Flint’s team to defeat him, she escaped custody once the conflict ended. Despite briefly displaying reformed tendencies, she resumed her criminal activities, leading to a prolonged pursuit through time by Flint and his allies; her character arc concluded without redemption, emphasizing her enduring defiance.

Her abilities included agility, technological proficiency (e.g., operating fossilizing beams), and manipulation through charm. Thematically, her design incorporated cat motifs reflecting traits like cunning and independence; linguistically, her alias "Hitomi Aino" (愛野瞳) referenced "brown eyes," a detail integral to her disguise.
