Myunihausen Jr., son of a German scientist who died serving Adolf Hitler, continues his father's legacy by pursuing world domination through the resurrection of the Kyō-Ō, also known as the Lord of Chaos or Mad King. He identifies Takeaki Kiryū, Tatsuo Nagumo's cousin, and manipulates him into serving as the vessel for the Kyō-Ō's return. Through mental control, Myunihausen Jr. compels Takeaki to commit serial rapes and murders, warping his mind against loved ones. Even Takeaki's genuine feelings for Megumi Amano become weaponized under this influence.

Myunihausen Jr. further deceives Yoenki, sister of the demon Suikakujū, by falsely blaming Amano Jyaku for her brother's death. He exploits her grief and rage to turn her against Jyaku and his allies, eliminating obstacles to the resurrection plot. His schemes culminate in a confrontation atop the Shinjuku skyscrapers. During this battle, Megumi Amano kills Takeaki while he remains under Myunihausen Jr.'s control, directly causing the antagonist's defeat and death. He operates as a human antagonist driven by inherited ambition and personal ruthlessness, singularly focused on resurrecting the Kyō-Ō to achieve global control.
