Vaidas serves as a cyborg antagonist in the third episode of the Queen Emeraldas OVA. This murderous figure forcibly displaced the inhabitants of their home planet, killing one resident and driving the victim's son to madness. His oppressive actions compel Hiroshi Umino, aided by Emeraldas, to confront him.

Physically, Vaidas is an adult male with shoulder-length black hair and black eyes. His concealed, augmented nature is emphasized by a mask. He wields two blaster pistols simultaneously, exploiting his mechanical enhancements for efficient combat. His advanced fighting style allows him to casually dodge tank fire with minimal movement.

Vaidas operates a large mechanical weapon resembling a six-legged, two-horned horse with red eyes and a black metal exterior. This construct functions as both transport and weapon, though its form is ultimately revealed as a shell for a more disturbing internal mechanism. The confrontation ends with Emeraldas disabling Vaidas by severing his hands, followed by Hiroshi delivering a fatal shot to his head.
