Description
Chloé Morisu, a second-year high school student, belongs to the Crystal Radio Research Club. Her extended childhood in France before returning to Japan fostered a strong independence and initial difficulty grasping the value of collaboration. She maintains a detached, somewhat abrasive personality, preferring solitary tasks and demonstrating competence alone, which leads to resistance toward group activities and shared responsibilities.

Experiences within parallel worlds called Fragments drive her character development. Confrontations in these realities challenge her solitary nature. Interactions during interdimensional travel force her to acknowledge unrecognized feelings of loneliness and a subconscious desire for meaningful connections, especially bonds formed with Asuka Tsuchimiya and the club members. This marks a significant shift from her initial resistance to teamwork.

Facing the cosmic threat known as the Twilight with the club, Chloé gains the ability to transform into an "Equalizer," a magical girl form designed to combat its manifestations. This transformation symbolizes her integration into the group and acceptance of collective responsibility. Battles across the Fragments necessitate relying on others and contributing her strengths to the team, further eroding her isolationist tendencies.

Her journey culminates in a more balanced approach to independence and collaboration. While retaining core traits like determination and focus, particularly on personal interests, she develops mutual trust with the other club members. This evolution resolves her internal conflict between self-sufficiency and the human need for companionship, completing her character arc.
