Experiences within parallel worlds called Fragments drive her character development. Confrontations in these realities challenge her solitary nature. Interactions during interdimensional travel force her to acknowledge unrecognized feelings of loneliness and a subconscious desire for meaningful connections, especially bonds formed with Asuka Tsuchimiya and the club members. Facing the cosmic threat known as the Twilight with the club, Chloé gains the ability to transform into an "Equalizer," a magical girl form designed to combat its manifestations.
