She commands an army of biomechanical beasts and Drago Knights to pursue global conquest, targeting the destruction of the mystical Rock of Sealing—the prison forged centuries earlier by the benevolent deity Zenshin Ahgama to contain Jashin Drago.

In the 1990s, Zara orchestrates attacks across Japan specifically to awaken Jashin Drago by shattering the Rock of Sealing. Her forces include high-ranking subordinates Dor Satan, Dor Phantom, Dor Navy, Dor Commando, and Dor Geist, who deploy from specialized fortresses: Roundhead, Aquahead, Shadowhead, Winghead, Neo Landoetto, and Metalhead. The Dragon Empire Fortress serves as her mobile command center and shrine for Jashin Drago, equipped with teleportation systems, energy cannons, and storage for soldier units.

Zara wields extensive supernatural powers: regeneration, flight, and energy projection manifesting as purple beams and electric waves. She employs hypnosis via eye bolts, generates holographic duplicates, and conjures giant lava hands for combat. Her abilities extend to possession through shadows or jewel-based lasers that control machinery, and she can erect the "Demon Triangle," an energy barrier generated from three pillars. Transforming into her ultimate triple-headed dragon form, she unleashes devastating shockwaves, possesses enemies through their shadows, and attacks with ferocious fangs.

Her arc involves escalating conflicts against the Bio Armor warriors, particularly Liger and his allies. She confronts internal challenges like betrayal within her ranks, notably Dor Army's rebellion. Zara's campaign culminates in Jashin Drago's revival and a final confrontation where the combined forces of Liger, Thunder Liger, and Agama defeat her, eradicating the Dragon Empire. Beyond the main series, she reappears in the crossover video game *Super Robot Wars NEO*, retaining her core role and abilities.
