Albert Killy is a high-ranking military officer within the Gilgamesh Confederation and a leading member of the clandestine Secret Society. He commands an illegal assault on the allied asteroid base of Lido, where a special forces soldier named Chirico Cuvie is unexpectedly assigned to his unit. Killy orders his subordinates to monitor Chirico closely throughout the operation.

The primary objective of the Lido raid is the recovery of a secret weapon referred to as the Prototype. After Chirico discovers the Prototype—a capsule containing a naked woman—Killy's forces betray him and attempt to eliminate him with a bomb to tie up loose ends.

Following the mission and the conclusion of the Hundred Years War, Killy, along with fellow Secret Society officers Serge Borough and Gimual Iskui, conceals his identity and relocates to the city of Uoodo on the planet Melkia. From there, he continues to direct the Society's activities.

In the OVA *The Last Red Shoulder*, Killy is present at a compound operated by Yoran Pailsen, founder of the Red Shoulder Battalion. He observes the development of a new Perfect Soldier named Ypsilon alongside scientists Aaron and Gurran Schmittel, and expresses concerns about the involvement of the emotionally unstable Proto-One, Fyana, in Ypsilon's conditioning.

When the compound is attacked by Chirico Cuvie and former Red Shoulder members seeking revenge on Pailsen, Killy is present during the assault. He is briefed by Borough, who identifies Chirico as the likely attacker based on his history and capabilities.
