Description
Patricia Lansdale, codenamed Lady L, operates as a secret agent and representative for the Mulligan Foundation, an entity linked to the globally influential Four Sisters corporation. The Four Sisters seek to dominate Japan, previously thwarted by political figure Gozen of Kamakura. Born in America with Japanese ancestry, her lineage traces to a grandmother raped by a Russian soldier, leading to her mother’s birth. Both her grandmother and mother faced exile to America after rejection by Japanese society due to their mixed heritage. This fuels Lady L’s profound hatred for Japan, which she sees as hypocritical and cruel for destroying her family. She particularly resents Japan’s cultural veneration of dragons as benevolent symbols, viewing it as societal betrayal.

Her mission targets the Ryudo brothers—Hajime, Tsuzuku, Owaru, and Amaru—reincarnated Dragon Kings with supernatural draconic transformations. She deliberately provokes their transformations to weaponize their destructive power against Japan, aiming to devastate the nation. Her tactics escalate to direct confrontations with the brothers, culminating in a battle aboard a floating vessel. During this clash, the captain of the Dynasty faction shoots her, causing her to fall into the sea and drown.

Her arc concludes without redemption or evolution; she remains steadfast in her vengeful drive and allegiance to the Four Sisters until death. Her identity as a trauma-descended outcast underpins her antagonism, casting her as an adversary who exploits the brothers' power for her vendetta.
