She partners directly with Puff, Kiramekiman No. 2, forming the core human team. They receive support from Professor Liquid (Professor Rikiddo) and Kirameeru (also spelled Kiramail), a fairy-like robot companion originally conceptualized as "Charamail" before a trademark conflict necessitated the name change. Their primary mecha is the Total Cat.

The Fleur Detective Trio—Ruuju (Rouge), Hieeru (Hierre), and Ondoore (Ondore)—actively pursues Lip and her group but consistently fails to capture them. This trio operates under Mr. Dogurin (Doki Doki Dogurin), later revealed as the mastermind Doku Ringo. A blood connection exists between the Fleur Detective Trio members and previous villain groups from the broader franchise universe, explaining their visual similarities.

Lip's early conceptual designs underwent revisions; her initial proposed civilian appearance was rejected as too "sexy," requiring a more toned-down final design. Furthermore, an early iteration featured a robot named Dogurin intended as the protagonists' shoulder-riding companion and transforming mecha. This concept was abandoned for conflicting with the phantom thief theme, leading to Dogurin being reworked into the detective trio's leader.
