Gou Gouda, a professional wrestler known as "Go Gonzales," aspires to become the world's best. He resides in an apartment within a hospital complex and struggles in water. Gou is one of three killed protecting Jun Zaizen from an assassination attempt by the terrorist group Id. Revived through cybernetic technology, he joins the covert police unit Metal Jacks under the codename Blue Jack.

As Blue Jack, Gou transforms into the team's most physically imposing member, leveraging his wrestling expertise for devastating close-quarters combat. His raw strength and power make him the unit's primary physical enforcer. While often providing comic relief to lighten the team's serious missions, Gou shows deep dedication to their cause.

During intensive Metal Jacks endurance training, frustration with the role's demands and secrecy leads Gou to consider leaving alongside Silver Jack. He ultimately recommits, staying with the unit. Personally, Gou develops a romantic connection with Eriko Yoshizawa, the police partner of his teammate Ken Kanzaki.
