König Bado Elohim Giball II murdered his parents to seize the throne, usurping the succession intended for his younger half-sibling, Lukish. Despite their close relationship, Bado harbored intense attraction toward Lukish, twisted by ruthless ambition. This conflict drove him to attempt Lukish's elimination to secure his power.

Bado rules as a tyrant, enforcing control through intimidation and violence. His subjects live under constant dread, openly wishing for his death. Due to pervasive threats, he remains guarded at all times by subordinates Drunk and Dark, except within his bedroom. During private encounters with women, he suffers haunting visions of Lukish’s face—manifestations of unresolved guilt and lingering attraction, persisting four years after Lukish’s presumed death.

Unbeknownst to Bado, Lukish survived the assassination. Lukish concealed a critical truth: biologically female but raised as the male heir due to inheritance laws restricting the throne to men. This deception enabled evasion of Bado’s pursuit. Alchemical treatments from a witch transformed Lukish, darkening skin, granting superhuman strength, and inducing toxic physiology. Now plotting revenge, Lukish operates under Bado’s nose.

Bado’s illegitimate birth originally excluded him from succession, fueling his violent usurpation. His regret stems from repressed romantic feelings for Lukish, misinterpreted as forbidden same-sex desire due to believing Lukish male. This turmoil exacerbates his paranoia and isolation, yet never mitigates his brutality.
