Revolted by the violent tactics of his Dark Prince teammates, he fled the team. This departure coincided with an encounter with Magnum Ace, who later facilitated Mach Windy's recruitment into Silver Castle. Magnum Ace initially harbored reservations due to concerns about the character's high maintenance costs; these expenses occasionally strained Silver Castle's resources until the team secured greater financial stability.

His specialized techniques define his play, most notably the high-velocity spinning kick "Mach Spin" and the trajectory-manipulating "Zigzag Shoot."
