Her ruthless ambition seeks to reshape Japan into a female-dominated society, wielding her family’s financial clout to dominate the school’s staff and students while advancing global conquest through cutting-edge military technology like Battle Skipper combat suits and AIES software.

Arrogant and manipulative, she orchestrates theatrical displays of authority—such as descending to school grounds aboard a private space shuttle flanked by attendants—and indulges in opulent, high-tech luxuries like a space station shower with automated drying systems. Her calculated strategies rely on Todou, a loyal subordinate she exploits for tasks, demeaning and punishing him for perceived failures despite his unwavering devotion.

Her bitter rivalry with Reika Ayanokoji, president of the Etiquette Club and a distant relative, intertwines corporate warfare with clashing ideologies. Dismissing Reika as timid and ineffective, Sayaka underestimates the covert prowess of the Etiquette Club’s Exters operatives, resulting in repeated defeats as her schemes—bank heists, hypnosis plots, and attempts to dismantle the rival club—collapse under their counterattacks.
