Description
On Zoa Nebulis serves as uncle to Princess Kissing Zoa Nebulis IX and represents the House of Zoa, one of three royal families governing the Nebulis Sovereignty. He assumed the role of acting head after Imperial forces abducted his father, Growley, during the Night of the Witch Hunt. This event solidified his extremist ideology and profound hatred for the Heavenly Empire, compelling him to seek its annihilation through any means—even defying the queen's authority and allying with the revived Founder Nebulis.

A golden mask perpetually obscures his eyes, rumored to hide a scar inflicted by Imperial weaponry. His signature appearance features a formal suit, necktie, black gloves, top hat, and cane. Cunning and ruthless, he favors underhanded tactics like teleporting behind adversaries to stab them, relying on assassination despite lacking innate combat abilities. He openly prioritizes destroying the Empire over conflicts with other royal houses.

His primary power is teleportation, enabling movement for himself and anything he touches. Compensating for this ability's non-offensive nature, he wields a knife in direct confrontations. An astral crest near his right eye, detectable by Imperial sensors, adds to his enigmatic presence.

His relationship with Kissing is complex: he subjected her to brutal training that fostered suicidal tendencies, yet demonstrated genuine care by rescuing her from capture and sacrificing himself to save her during Elletear Lou Nebulis IX's attack. When Elletear transformed into a monstrous witch threatening both nations, On commanded Kissing to eliminate her. After Elletear incapacitated most combatants, On expended his last strength teleporting Kissing to safety before succumbing to a coma. This left Kissing traumatized and motivated her surrender to the Empire for vengeance.

His extremism stemmed from viewing the House of Lou as passive. He orchestrated unsanctioned invasions and revived Founder Nebulis, intending to harness her power to annihilate the Empire and recover Growley. Deep-seated animosity prevented any alliance with Imperial forces or Nebulis factions advocating cooperation.
