Description
Gargantua Dragon, called Garga, is the primary buddy monster to Yuga Mikado. Originating from an ancient, unspecified battle where he unleashed full power against an unknown adversary, this event cemented his lifelong pursuit of strength. Summoned to Earth when Yuga pulled his card from a booster pack, he initially expressed disappointment in his new partner but gained respect after witnessing Yuga's skills during their first Buddyfight against Tasuku. This duel also triggered the evolution of his signature weapon.
Physically, Garga is a large dragon nearly matching Batzz in size. He possesses white skin, a white mane, and green eyes. Dark blue facial armor and gold spikes adorn his cheeks and forehead, the latter featuring a green gem. Curved black and green horns protrude from his head. He wears blue armor with gold trim and embedded green gems on his shoulders, wrists, knees, and chest, with a cluster of golden blades floating behind him. His transformations are significant: his SD form resembles a hedgehog-like dragon with white fur and a green gem on his belly. His Deity Gargantua Dragon form alters horns to dark green with a gold spike crown, changes gems to ruby red, adds sapphire-lined armor, and introduces multiple floating weapons including swords, a trident, and a rifle.
Personality-wise, Garga exhibits stoicism, pride, and quietness rooted in his role as Deity of Combat. He limits speech as a warrior and shows irritation at Yuga's frequent questions. Unfamiliar with human culture, he expresses confusion over daily activities like bathing or games. Moments of unintended behavior, such as consuming excessive octopus dumplings, cause visible shame.
