Description
Ranma Kakogawa co-founds the "RanGa Channel" with his best friend Yuga Mikado, producing gaming content while serving as director and video editor. Initially friendly and supportive, he assists Yuga in building his first Buddyfight deck. Though lacking a buddy monster himself, Ranma maintains their friendship despite underlying envy as Yuga gains recognition. This envy intensifies after Yuga wins the ABC Cup with his buddy Deity of Combat Gargantua Dragon.

Feeling marginalized, Ranma isolates himself and obtains the demonic buddy Vile Demonic Dragon, Vanity Husk Destroyer from Lost World. This triggers a drastic transformation: he adopts the alias "Vile Ranma," dons a maroon coat and cape, styles his hair spikier, and launches the antagonistic "Vile Ranma Channel." His demeanor shifts to arrogant and diabolical, challenging Yuga to a victorious Buddyfight to prove Lost World's superiority.

As Vile Ranma, he recruits Subaru Hoshiyomi and Eden Hanazono into Lost World, leveraging wins to expand influence. His buddy evolves into forms like Vile Demonic Deity Dragon, Vanity Epoch Destroyer through absorbed negative energy, fueling aggressive tactics that secure victories against Subaru, Dan Yamada, and Rei Urameshi during the Ace Buddyfighter Play-offs. Despite his antagonism, conflicted loyalty surfaces when he expresses gratitude to Vanity Husk while lamenting his fractured friendship with Yuga.

His arc culminates when he severs his contract with Destroyer during a rematch against Yuga, instructing the demonic dragon to return to its original partner. This act rejects Lost World's corruption and restores his original identity. Destroyer later reaffirms their genuine bond, leading them to face Yuga collaboratively. This resolution marks his redemption and renewed partnership with Yuga.

His deck evolves from "Crimson Explosion" to incorporate Lost World mechanics, using cards like "Demonic Dragon Release, Vanity Husk Destroyer" and "Lost World" flags. It employs high-power monsters with abilities like [Penetrate] and [Double Attack], reflecting his aggressive style as an antagonist.
