His close bond with them is reflected in affectionate nicknames, "Aki-chan" for Akihiko and "Haru-chan" for Haruhiko, and his performance of domestic tasks like preparing their kiritanpo hot pot.

His primary ability involves attaching to victims' faces, typically students, and corrupting them into monsters by amplifying negative emotions or traits, creating adversaries for the protagonists. Dadacha is the younger brother of Zundar, another extraterrestrial involved in planetary conquest; this familial tie establishes them as recurring adversaries. In the OVA *LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!*, Dadacha directly collaborates with Zundar to create the "Second Button Monster" during the graduation ceremony, continuing their pattern of antagonism against Earth.
