TV-Series
Description
Nphirea Balear is a human male with short, blonde, bowl-cut hair covering half his face and blue eyes. Initially seen in ragged work clothes from his potion-making workshop, he serves as a pharmacist alongside his grandmother, Lizzie Bareare, in E-Rantel. Following a relocation request from Ainz Ooal Gown, he moves to Carne Village, continuing his pharmaceutical work with advanced alchemical equipment supplied by Nazarick. He possesses the rare innate talent to use any magic item without restriction, making him a target for those seeking to exploit this power.

Raised by his grandmother after his parents' early deaths, he developed expertise in herbs, alchemy, and potion-making under her guidance. During deliveries to Carne Village, he met Enri Emmot and developed romantic feelings for her. His early personality is nice, calm, and timid, marked by an inferiority complex when comparing himself to powerful figures like Ainz.

Key events include his kidnapping by Khajiit Dale Badantel and Clementine, who force him to wear the Crown of Wisdom to exploit his talent for a lich transformation ritual. This leaves him catatonic until Ainz rescues and heals him. Subsequently, he and Lizzie relocate to Carne Village, establishing an apothecary and researching new potions under Lupusregina Beta's supervision. He creates a unique purple potion using Nazarick's resources.

His relationship with Enri deepens, culminating in marriage approximately half a year before Crown Prince Barbro's attack on Carne Village. After marrying Enri, his inferiority complex lessens, revealing a more shrewd and analytical personality. He becomes suspicious of Ainz's motives following incidents like the troll attack but maintains loyalty. He shifts focus from potion fabrication to assisting Enri with village leadership and herb preservation.

Later, he successfully replicates Ainz's red healing potion and experiments with cheaper herbal alternatives. He collaborates with dark elf pharmacists during Ainz's visit to the Elf Country, sharing herb knowledge via magical communication. He also initiates herb cultivation test beds in the Great Forest of Tob to advance his research.

In an alternate storyline depicted in *Mass for the Dead*, Enri's death triggers severe depression, turning his hair white and fueling an obsession with复仇 against Chaos Beasts. He collaborates with Sophie Noia to cure Gazef Stronoff and kills thugs harassing his sister-in-law, Nemu. Later, he directs the E-Rantel Magic Research Institute, leveraging resources to study Chaos Beasts while harboring vengeful motives. Lizzie's disappearance during a Chaos Beast invasion further impacts his trajectory in this narrative.
