TV-Series
Description
Nemu Emmot is the younger sister of Enri Emmot from Carne Village. Approximately 10 years old, she possesses reddish-brown hair, brown eyes, and freckles across her face in some depictions, sharing facial similarities with Enri.

Before the Slane Theocracy's attack on Carne Village, she displayed typical childish cheerfulness and occasional selfishness. Surviving the assault alongside Enri, which claimed their parents' lives, fundamentally changed her. She became more obedient, mature, and cautious, developing quick reflexes and a heightened awareness of danger, though childlike tendencies occasionally surface.

Cornered by knights during the attack, Nemu and Enri were saved by Ainz Ooal Gown. When Ainz offered Enri a healing potion, Nemu initially mistook it for blood and objected, provoking Albedo’s anger before Ainz intervened. This trauma intensified her wariness and dependence on Enri.

In village life, Nemu assists with tasks like crushing herbs for income. She demonstrates emotional sensitivity, recognizing Nfirea Bareare’s romantic interest in Enri before her sister does. She collaborates with the Goblin Troop to facilitate their relationship, revealing subtle mischievousness. After Enri marries Nfirea, Nemu moves in with Lizzie Bareare to avoid disturbing the newlyweds, reflecting her considerate nature.

Visiting Nazarick with Enri and Nfirea, Nemu expresses genuine awe at the tomb’s grandeur. Her innocent, heartfelt praise of Ainz’s former guildmates deeply pleases him, leading him to extend Nazarick’s protection to her alongside Enri, Nfirea, and Lizzie.

In the non-canon *Mass for the Dead* arc, Chaos Beast attacks kill Nemu’s parents and Enri. She flees to E-Rantel, staying initially with Nfirea and Lizzie. After Lizzie vanishes during a citywide disaster, Nemu is protected briefly by the Swords of Darkness and later adopted by Ninya and Tuareninya Veyron. During a miasma crisis, near despair, she is saved by Saint Clementine, reigniting her will to live. She reunites with Nfirea, who helps develop a cure for the miasma’s effects.

Characterized by resilience shaped through trauma, emotional perceptiveness, and a balance of maturity with lingering childhood innocence, her relationships center on familial loyalty to Enri and mutual care within her community. An unused web novel concept suggested she might have been taken to Nazarick while Enri perished, diverging from her canonical role.
