TV-Series
Description
Grave first presented as a corrupt and unpleasant human businessman, dominating weaker individuals through violence for personal gain like money and power. This behavior earned him widespread hatred, leading to his recruitment as Noir's servant.

He possesses a muscular build, brown skin, wild blond hair, thick blond eyebrows, and red eyes marked by a scar over the right one. His attire includes bandages around his neck, a dark yellow and red low-cut top, puffy gray pants tucked into knee-high black and red combat boots, and a black jacket styled like Julio's, draped over his shoulders.

Grave commands sentient clay minions called Nendos. They operate his large purple car, the Gravemobile, fight for him, and assist his operations. Using the Gravemobile, he siphons Kirakiraru—energy embodying feelings within sweets—from wide areas, turning the sweets black and lifeless. By shouting "Noir Inflation!", he channels this corrupted energy to fuse four Nendos into a single giant monster themed after the absorbed sweet. He later upgrades this ability to "Noir Revolution!", absorbing dark Kirakiraru directly to massively enhance his physical strength and durability, rendering him immune to certain Pretty Cure attacks.

His narrative involvement starts alongside Elisio after Julio and Bibury's defeats, discussing countermeasures against the Pretty Cure. In early confrontations, he summons Nendo monsters themed after desserts like cupcakes and sponge cakes to attack the Cures. Following their defeat, he retreats. Seeking greater power, Grave approaches Diable, a wolf-like monster serving Noir, but is rejected and dismissed as a "peasant". Grave retaliates by running Diable over with the Gravemobile, integrating Diable's power to create the "Diable custom" upgrade.

Later, using the enhanced Gravemobile, he transforms all of Ichigozaka into Nendo soldiers and further amplifies his strength via Noir Revolution. After the Cures destroy his darkness, he fuses with the Diable custom, becoming a giant purple dinosaur-like monster. Elisio intervenes, capturing Grave, the Gravemobile, and Diable using cards, stating his role is to harvest darkness nourished by Noir.

Grave later reappears in a world created by Elisio, revived as a police officer suppressing emotions to prevent conflict. In this role, he uses a vacuum-like device to drain color and emotion from targets. He arrests Pekorin and Chourou for distributing emotion-restoring donuts and attempts to dispose of them. When Pekorin resists, transforming into Cure Pekorin, Grave orders Nendos to attack her but becomes trapped under a sticky net.

After Elisio's control over Ichigozaka's citizens is broken, Grave reverts to his original personality. He reluctantly participates with the townspeople in generating Kirakiraru to support the Cures' final battle against Elisio. In the epilogue, set years later, Grave resides in Ichigozaka and is seen arguing with Bibury, while Nendos attempt to restrain him from retaliation.

Grave is noted as the first human villain in the Pretty Cure franchise introduced with an inherently brutal and antagonistic personality.
