TV-Series
Description
Michiru Hyōdō shares Tomoya Aki's birthday and birthplace, being his cousin and childhood friend. They lived together briefly after birth and maintained closeness through family gatherings despite later separation. She attends Tsubaki Girls' Senior High School as a second-year student in Class 3.

Standing 173–174 cm tall with striking violet hair and eyes, Michiru possesses a notably tall, curvaceous figure (measurements B86/W56/H84). She frequently wears revealing casual attire like crop tops, short shorts, or bikinis, displaying a distinct lack of modesty. She shows no discomfort being partially undressed around Tomoya or others.

Energetic, competitive, and outgoing, Michiru excels in sports such as ping-pong, volleyball, and basketball but struggles academically. Her fickle nature leads her to abandon activities quickly, yet she demonstrates deep commitment to her band, Icy Tail, serving as its guitarist, vocalist, and primary composer. She initially disdained otaku culture, attempting to dissuade Tomoya, but gradually embraced it after discovering her bandmates were otakus and inadvertently incorporating anime-inspired styles into her music.

Her relationship with Tomoya involves frequent physical affection like wrestling and hugs, though she frames it as familial. She exhibits jealousy when other girls approach him and ambiguously entertains romantic possibilities, such as not rejecting his accidental advance and stating intimacy with him "wouldn’t be too bad." She calls him "Tomo," while he uses "Michiru" or "Micchan."

Michiru's development centers on music. After joining Icy Tail, she dedicated herself to band activities, later composing for Tomoya’s game circle, Blessing Software, and recruiting him as Icy Tail’s manager to spearhead fan outreach. During later story arcs, particularly Blessing Software’s intense game development crunch, she supported Megumi Kato in Tomoya’s absence, showcasing maturity and leadership. She also became more perceptive, recognizing and confronting Megumi’s unspoken feelings for Tomoya during this period.

Her band achieved success with solo live performances. Michiru remained involved with Blessing Software through the completion of their game and the circle's eventual evolution into a professional company years later.
