In a special episode celebrating the manga's first volume release, Kiisa instructs students Juzu and Shushu to go to the beach. He references the common anime convention where special episodes feature swimming or beach trips. Kiisa waits in the classroom for the students to gather before the trip, but they ultimately leave for the beach without meeting him there as planned.
