Description
Ursula Callistis teaches astronomy at Luna Nova Magical Academy. Her true identity is Chariot du Nord, the former stage performer Shiny Chariot, whose shows inspired students such as Atsuko Kagari to become witches. She adopted the Ursula Callistis alias after retiring from public performance due to a magical incident that provoked the magical community's condemnation.

In *The Enchanted Parade*, Ursula oversees the academy's annual parade assignment. She informs Akko, Lotte, and Sucy of their mandatory participation as punishment for repeated classroom incidents, presenting the parade's traditional format—a reenactment of historical witch hunts. When Akko expresses dissatisfaction with this premise, Ursula declines to intervene in her decision to redesign the event into a celebration of magic, though she monitors the situation.

During the parade, Ursula observes alongside Diana Cavendish. When a construction accident awakens a sealed giant that disrupts the event, she draws on her performer experience to manage the panicked crowd. Using a magical megaphone, she frames the chaos as a preplanned spectacle and urges attendees to support the students. She then directs Akko and her group to cast the nullification spell "Luna Lana" to subdue the giant. After the crisis, she confirms the students fulfilled their assignment and confronts the town mayor about his role in the incident.

Ursula's guidance of Akko reflects her commitment to atoning for her past as Shiny Chariot. She discreetly supports Akko's growth, such as providing flight magic textbooks and defending her potential against faculty criticism. Her relationship with Professor Finnelan remains strained due to differing teaching philosophies, particularly concerning Akko's unconventional methods.

After the parade, Ursula witnesses the resolution of conflicts between Akko, Lotte, and Sucy, affirming their renewed teamwork. Her actions in the film underscore her dual role: a mentor fostering student initiative and a former performer leveraging her expertise to mitigate crises.
