He advances the Predacons' objective to resurrect their dormant leader by hunting mystical Legendisc artifacts. As a repaint and retool of Transformers: Prime's Decepticon Skystalker, he converts into a flying vehicle mode, providing aerial support for the Four Oni command structure. Directly subordinate to the traitorous lieutenant Budora—who covertly opposes Dragotron's revival—Judōra acts as second-in-command. His head design integrates stylized Japanese oni demon motifs, harmonizing with the Four Oni's cultural aesthetic. Loyal to the Predacon hierarchy, he executes assaults across Japan to seize Legendiscs before Autobot Swordbot teams intercept them.
