Luhy Distone is a Cthulhi, or star-spawn of Cthulhu. She initially works for Cthulhu Corp, a space-based entertainment company rivaling Carcosa Computer Entertainment (CCE). In this role, she gathers intelligence on Earth's entertainment industry from Yoriko Yasaka while promoting a newly developed, excessively high-end video game platform. The platform's failure, stemming from consumer unaffordability, leads to its destruction by Kūko and Luhy's subsequent termination from Cthulhu Corp.

Following her corporate dismissal, Luhy transitions to operating a takoyaki street food vending business. Her character development includes developing romantic feelings for the extraterrestrial Hasuta, prompting her to declare Mahiro Yasaka a romantic rival for Hasuta's affections.

Physically, Luhy possesses long green hair styled with an intake and red eyes, typically wearing glasses. During her corporate tenure, she is frequently depicted in a black suit. Her social connections include a friendship with Kūne, Kūko's cousin.
