Hailing from a lineage dedicated to the Atlantian royal family's imperial guard, a pivotal event 14 years before the main story shapes his past: his failed interception of Bringer, who was escaping Atlantia with the infant Tsurugi. This defeat left Brau with a prominent facial scar and resulted in his dismissal from the guard.
